Option 1: Franchisee-Owned Model  (Investment 18 Lakhs*)

✅ Shop Setup Charges: Up to ₹8,00,000 (varies based on location & size).

✅ Benefit from Foot Mantra’s brand, training, Man Power and operational support, lifelong man power support.

✅ 5% royalty from the revenue every month after 12 months

✅ No negotiation on franchise terms & fees

✅ Fixed Brand Fee of 3,00,000 ( Non-Refundable)

✅ Shop Setup Charges: Up to ₹8,00,000 (varies based on location & size)

✅ 50-50 Profit Sharing Model

✅ Foot Mantra runs the business for you, ensuring long-term success

✅ A minimum of ₹15,000 per month will be set aside for marketing as part of monthly expenses.

✅ No negotiation on franchise terms, fees & profit-sharing

✅ Foot Mantra runs the business for you, ensuring long-term success

✅ Fixed Monthly Fee of 30,000 will be charged for revenue upto 4L and 40,000  for revenue above 4L
