It is designed to alleviate tension, reduce muscle stiffness, and promote relaxation and overall well-being. Neck and back massage can provide relief from chronic pain conditions, such as neck pain, shoulder pain, and upper back pain.

Our skilled massage therapists focus on the muscles of the neck, shoulders, and upper back, using a combination of gentle strokes, kneading, and targeted pressure to release knots and tightness.

How does it work?
  1. Targeted Areas: Neck and back massage primarily targets the muscles in the upper body, including the neck, shoulders, upper back, and sometimes the lower back. These areas are common areas of tension and discomfort for many individuals, often due to stress, poor posture, or repetitive movements.
  2. Techniques Used: A variety of massage techniques may be employed during a neck and back massage, including effleurage (long, gliding strokes), kneading, friction, stretching, and gentle pressure. The therapist may also use their elbows, forearms, or thumbs to work on deeper muscle layers if needed.
  3. Tension Relief: The massage therapist’s skilled touch and manipulation of the muscles help to release tension, knots, and tightness in the neck and back. This can lead to reduced pain, improved flexibility, and increased range of motion.
  4. Improved Circulation: The massage strokes increase blood flow to the targeted areas, providing fresh oxygen and nutrients to the muscles while helping to remove metabolic waste and toxins from the tissues.
  5. Stress Reduction: Neck and back massage is known for its stress-relieving properties. The calming and soothing touch of the therapist can help relax the mind and body, reducing feelings of anxiety and promoting a sense of well-being.
  6. Posture Correction: Regular neck and back massages can contribute to improved posture by relieving muscle tension that may be pulling the body into incorrect alignment.
  7. Customization: Neck and back massages can be tailored to individual preferences and needs. The therapist can focus on specific areas that require more attention or address particular issues, such as tension headaches or muscle strains.
Session Includes
  1. Ten minutes hand relaxing session in the beginning, where our therapist pinches the tips of each finger and thumb on both the hands with gentle pressure for a few seconds.
  2. After pinching the tops and bottoms of your finger and thumb tips our therapist reverses the action and pinches them by squeezing from side to side.
  3. Our therapist vigorously rubs back and forth from the base to the tip of each finger and thumb that loosen the grip slightly and tugs firmly from the base to the fingertip until your finger slips out of their grasp completely.
  4. By giving rest to your palm, our therapist massages the back of your hand by leisurely manipulating in between the knuckle area and continues thumb massage by covering the whole back area of the hand.
  5. After this soothing hand massage, they will gently cradle your wrist and use their thumb to massage your inner wrist. This is especially done to alleviate wrist muscle pain and stress that occurs while carrying heavy objects.
