The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Foot Mantra wellness centers. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service:
    • Greet clients warmly as they enter Foot Mantra, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
    • Provide information about services, packages, and promotions to clients with enthusiasm.
    • Handle inquiries, appointments, and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Front Desk Management:
    • Efficiently manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
    • Coordinate appointment schedules and manage walk-in clients effectively.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
    • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide receipts accurately.
    • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  4. Customer Experience Enhancement:
    • Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
    • Relay client feedback to the management team for continuous service enhancement.
    • Ensure that the reception area reflects the brand’s commitment to a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere.
  5. Communication and Coordination:
    • Communicate effectively with therapists, managers, and other staff members to facilitate seamless service delivery.
    • Notify clients of any delays or changes to their appointments in a timely manner.
  6. Information Management:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Foot Mantra’s services, promotions, and policies.
    • Provide accurate information to clients regarding available services and pricing.
  7. Problem Resolution:
    • Address client concerns or issues with patience and professionalism.
    • Collaborate with the management team to resolve any operational challenges.
