As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Greet clients warmly as they enter Foot Mantra, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Provide information about services, packages, and promotions to clients with enthusiasm.
- Handle inquiries, appointments, and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Front Desk Management:
- Efficiently manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Coordinate appointment schedules and manage walk-in clients effectively.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide receipts accurately.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
- Relay client feedback to the management team for continuous service enhancement.
- Ensure that the reception area reflects the brand’s commitment to a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with therapists, managers, and other staff members to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Notify clients of any delays or changes to their appointments in a timely manner.
- Information Management:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Foot Mantra’s services, promotions, and policies.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding available services and pricing.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address client concerns or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the management team to resolve any operational challenges.
